These Terms govern your use of the Mekos website at mekos.info ("Site") and the engagement of any advisory services offered through it. By using the Site you accept these Terms.
1. Identification
The Site is operated by Mekos, an executive advisory practice founded by Massimiliano Ferrazzi. Contact: contact@mekos.info.
2. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to admin endpoints, automated scraping of contact-form submissions, or any activity that may impair the availability of the Site.
3. Advisory services
Any advisory engagement (Digital & IT Strategy, Digital Resilience, AI & Data Advisory, Fractional CIO, etc.) is governed by a separate written proposal or contract executed between Mekos and the client. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or professional advice unless confirmed in such written agreement.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, frameworks (e.g. "The Mekos Method"), graphics and code, is the property of Mekos or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or republish material without prior written consent.
5. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the content is error-free, complete or current at all times.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mekos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid (if any) for the specific advisory engagement in question.
7. Confidentiality
Information you share via the contact form may be considered confidential. We will use it only to evaluate and respond to your request, subject to our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy / Spain as applicable to the engagement, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the registered place of business, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules apply.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
