Build

Identify the value stream. Map the “As-is” and analyze the maturity level of the processes. Identify and classify waste in the current state. Design the "To-be" of the value stream, based on best practices and/or rethinking/improving processes.

We document the "current state" while determining and classifying waste. In addition, we analyze the maturity level of the processes by identifying gaps in your organization and management. 


Finally, we design the "To-be" of the value stream, consulting best practices such as the APQC framework for business or COBIT/ITIL for IT and rethinking/improving processes through co-creation, mentoring and training, you and your team.

How? Deep dive sessions to detail the current state of all value stream processes and analyze the maturity level. A validation session of the As-is Report. Design the “To-be” of the value stream. Validation of the future scenario and definition of the implementation strategy.
